This holiday season we are offering a special Rib Roast pre-order option. The Rib Roast will only be available over the holiday season and we will only have a limited number.
We are offering a 5- 7 lb or a 10- 12 lb Standing roast. The roast will be $27 a pound and will be ready for pick up or shipping the week of November 13th or December 4th.
There is nothing better than serving Pacheco Beef to your loved ones. To reserve your roast we are requesting a $50 deposit that will go towards the final cost of the roast.
